- Complete Part 1 of the FACL application form.
- Use the second-cycle FACL application tab and the funding estimator tab.
- In the CMHC portal, create an account and profile.
- Access your second-cycle FACL application.
- Enter project details, evaluation information, and initiatives.
Processing and Agreement
- The report guide includes a semiannual agreement report for the first reporting period.
- The report guide includes annual agreement reports for the second, third and fourth reporting periods.
- Completed report templates must be downloaded and uploaded in the agreement report.
- Annual advances are paid provided the terms of the HAF agreement are respected.
