How to apply

  • Complete Part 1 of the FACL application form.
  • Use the second-cycle FACL application tab and the funding estimator tab.
  • In the CMHC portal, create an account and profile.
  • Access your second-cycle FACL application.
  • Enter project details, evaluation information, and initiatives.

Processing and Agreement

  • The report guide includes a semiannual agreement report for the first reporting period.
  • The report guide includes annual agreement reports for the second, third and fourth reporting periods.
  • Completed report templates must be downloaded and uploaded in the agreement report.
  • Annual advances are paid provided the terms of the HAF agreement are respected.
