  • Customers who are not commercial, industrial, or municipal electricity customers in the listed service areas.
  • Businesses without an eligible greenhouse or warehouse project for crop growth.
  • Applicants using lighting fixtures that are not approved horticultural products.

Eligible expenses

  • LED ultra-low output lamps.
  • LED low output lamps.
  • LED medium output lamps.
  • LED high output lamps.

  • Grand Forks, Penticton, Summerland or Nelson Hydro.
