HELP adds rooftop solar-only path
The Home Energy Loan Program page now explicitly includes rooftop solar-only projects in the funding process. For that path, the page says homeowners no longer need pre- and post-renovation EnerGuide assessments, and the installation attestation and project completion report requirements are now spelled out for solar-only work. The 20-year loan interest rate is now shown as lower. The page also replaces the former furnace-to-heat-pump contest notice with webinar and event information.
