Who is eligible?
- Canadian students enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd cycle program.
- Students admitted by the Commission d’admission de la MEC for 2026-2027.
- Students enrolled for 2026-2027 in a higher education institution in Île-de-France, or able to show that a research stay in Paris is necessary for the degree.
Who is not eligible
- Applicants who are permanent residents only.
- Applicants who have already benefited from a scholarship of excellence from a federal or provincial Canadian granting organization.
- Applicants not admitted by the Commission d’admission de la MEC for 2026-2027.
