Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Director of Finance for completeness
- Staff may verify the repair and may require a site visit or actual meter reading
- Applicants are notified within 15 business days after submission
- If approved, the applicant is informed of the credit amount to be applied
Additional information
- Applications must be submitted within 60 days of detecting the leak and completing the repair.
- Only one leak adjustment is available per homeowner.
- Approved assistance is credited to the water and/or wastewater account, not paid as a refund.
- Funding is subject to annual budget availability.
