Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • North Dumfries Township customers.
  • Wellesley Township customers.

Who is not eligible

  • Industrial properties.
  • Institutional properties.
  • Multi-residential properties.
  • Properties where the leak occurred while vacant or unattended.
  • Properties with high use for pools, hot tubs, rinks, irrigation, or other legitimate purposes.

Eligible expenses

  • Rebate on water consumption above the customer’s 12-month average.

  • High water use for pools, hot tubs, rinks, irrigation, or other legitimate purposes.
  • Properties that were vacant or unattended when the leak occurred.
  • Industrial, institutional, or multi-residential properties.
