HYRS mentor and program guidance updated
The HYRS Mentors page no longer shows the mentor form link or the mentor instruction text, and it now presents only images plus the contact email. The HYRS program page was also reduced to a brief questions/contact block with hyrs@ucalgary.ca, replacing the earlier program guidance shown there for mentors and applicants. This materially affects how mentors and applicants find the program information and follow the application-related steps on these pages.

- Applications must be submitted via the online application form

- Obtain permission from your two (2) Teacher Referees
- Obtain permission from your Non-Academic Referee
- Read the entirety of the online application form before completing any form fields
- Preview your application before submitting, then submit your application
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are under review.
- Invitations and regrets are sent by email in late May to early June.
- Selected applicants are notified by email.
