    • Identify whether the application is for hosting competitions, WPDP training environment, or player results.
  • Step 2: Prepare the required lists or form
    • For the WPDP Training Environment pillar, prepare the player and coach lists.
    • For Player Results, complete the submission form if performance standards were achieved.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • WPDP Training Environment applications are submitted through the online application link.
    • Player Results are submitted through the performance standard and ranking submission form.
  • Step 4: Follow the deadline rules
    • Submit WPDP player and coach lists by October 31.
    • Follow the current cycle timelines provided by Tennis Canada.

  • Applications are reviewed after submission for the relevant pillar.
  • Clubs are evaluated against minimum requirements and point-based criteria.
