- Level II policy requirements on file
How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form in full.
- Gather the required financial statements and annual report or meeting minutes.
- Include the Statement of Purpose and, for Level II, the required policy documents.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the application by post, fax, or email.
- Submit it to the Historic Resources Branch, Manitoba Sport, Culture, Heritage and Tourism.
- Make sure it is sent on or before June 1.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed only when submitted in full.
- Applications received late or incomplete may not be funded.
- Applicants must agree to comply with the program guidelines and related conditions.
