The Heritage Organization Development Grants are designed to assist Ontario-based non-profit heritage organizations with annual operating support up to $1,545. This program encourages public awareness of Ontario’s diverse heritage through education, displays, tours, and community programs, ensuring these organizations can continue to inform and engage the public about local history and culture.

Processing and Agreement
- Application review and assessment typically take place after the deadline. The organization is notified about the decision, which may include an approval or request for additional information. Approved applicants must sign a funding agreement before receiving funds. The organization will then receive the grant disbursement as per the agreement and may be required to submit progress or final reports to demonstrate the use of the funds for approved activities.
