- Visibility of the project where the public benefit can be most appreciated
How to apply
- Contact VHF grant program staff at least one week before the application deadline to verify project eligibility.
- Complete the online application by October 22, 2025.

Processing and Agreement
- Successful applicants must sign a Fund Agreement.
- VHF staff and a consultant may visit the site as part of the application review.
