  • Recent graduates who earned a diploma or degree between April 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
  • People actively seeking employment in their field of study.
  • Graduates with a diploma of vocational studies (DVS), a skills training certificate (STC), a diploma or attestation of college studies in technical training (DCS or ACS), a bachelor’s degree, or an undergraduate certificate.

Eligible expenses

  • Wage costs for a hired young graduate, up to the subsidy limits.
  • Salary or fees for a coach or accompanier, when needed.
  • Supplementary training costs, when needed.
