Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors.
- Eligible applications are brought to a vote at the Annual General Meeting in April.
- Applicants who do not qualify are notified by email.
- The selected recipient is contacted by email and/or phone after the AGM.
- Funds are distributed within 5 business days after the announcement.
Additional information
- Only one application stream may be selected per applicant.
- Incomplete applications, including missing attachments, will not be considered.
- Applicants funded in the previous year are not considered in the current application year.
- Approved groups must allow Help a Buddy Fund to highlight the grant use on social media and in its e-newsletter.
