How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the maintenance or filter purchase
- Finish the servicing of the heating equipment or buy the filters first.
- Step 2: Apply online in CEM Hub
- Log in to the Conservation and Energy Management Hub.
- Register for an account if needed, with help from an Energy Coach if required.
- Step 3: Upload documents and submit
- Upload the paid invoices and completed project workbook.
- Submit the application through the online portal.
- Step 4: Review and payment
- BC Hydro reviews the application.
- If approved, the payment is processed.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission
- Approved applications are paid out
- Applications are completed online after servicing or purchases are finished
