  • Proposals will undergo a quality assessment by internal or external reviewers.

How to apply

  • Email healthyliving.viesaine@phac-aspc.gc.ca to obtain the Guide du requérant and the Formulaire d'examen de proposition.

Processing and Agreement

  • A preliminary review will determine whether proposals are complete, eligible, and relevant to the program.
  • Incomplete proposals will not be taken into account for funding.
  • Proposals will then be assessed for quality by internal or external reviewers, with possible consultations with provincial or territorial officials and subject-matter experts.
  • Funding decisions follow the Agency’s recommendation and the Minister of Health’s approval.
