Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Healthy Horizons Foundation Board of Directors twice a year.
- Some proposals may be accepted outside the usual deadlines in special circumstances.
- If approved, the recipient must use the funds for the approved purpose in the Letter of Acceptance.
- A detailed accounting and follow-up report are required after the grant is received.
