  • Health research and knowledge translation organizations

Who is not eligible

  • Applicants based outside Canada as Nominated Principal Applicant
  • Teams with fewer than 8 mentors
  • Applications missing required ECR representation

Eligible expenses

  • Accessibility supports and accommodations
  • Translation and public-facing materials
  • Community engagement and Indigenous cultural costs
  • Stipends, salaries, and release time for trainees and ECRs
  • Platform management and operational costs

    • Complete the budget and relevance review form
    • Print and upload signature pages
    • Submit the full application through ResearchNet
