  • Remote, regional, or diaspora-focused activities with a clear development outcome for people in Afghanistan

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first screened for organizational and project eligibility.
  • Eligible concept notes are then assessed for required project experience.
  • Qualified applications move to merit assessment.
  • Applicants are notified after the merit assessment and selection process.
  • If selected, applicants are invited to submit a full proposal.

  • Concept notes are submitted in a two-stage process.
  • Invited applicants will have about eight weeks for the full proposal.
  • Global Affairs Canada will not provide individual feedback on concept notes.
  • Organizations may only participate in this call twice as a lead or co-signatory.
