The Grant Guidelines and Application source now shows a live 2026 Grant Application link instead of the previous closed-portal notice. The completion report instruction was also tightened, changing the wording to COMPLETION REPORT and stating that failure to submit it WILL affect subsequent application approvals; applications remain accepted from June 1 to September 15, with decisions and funds disbursed by October 31. The supporting application instructions still ask applicants to log in with name and email, preview page 2, and attach the board list, most recent financial statement, and strategic plan if available, but the access path has changed to the new 2026 application link.
