  • Proceed with the application or quit and complete it when you have time to finish the application in one sitting; incomplete work will not be saved.
  • Upon completion and submission, the Signee from Step 1 will receive an email confirmation and a PDF copy of the submitted application.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors.
  • Decisions are made after the application period closes.
  • Successful applicants are notified and receive the funds by October 31.
  • Successful applicants must submit a Completion Report with proof of expenditures; failure to submit the Completion Report will affect subsequent application approvals.
