- Contribution to the award’s objectives, including concrete or innovative actions that create real added value and significant reach.
- Quality of the achievements, including recognition by peers and overall clarity.
- Quality of the nomination file, including credibility, the candidate’s path, engagement, mobilization, and supporting letters.
- Points are awarded for the overall quality of the application.
How to apply
- Choose the appropriate nomination form for a person or for an organization or group.
- Complete the nomination file with the required form.
- Send the complete file to the email address at the bottom of the page.
Processing and Agreement
- After reviewing the files, the jury recommends the selected candidacies to the minister responsible for Secularism as laureate and finalists.
- If fewer than five nomination files are received, each jury member may propose additional candidacies.
