- Indigenous majority-owned sole proprietorships and partnerships located in Wendake

How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application package
- Fill out the financing request form for the Bons d’accompagnement vers la croissance stream.
- Prepare the required supporting documents listed in the form.
- Step 2: Submit by email
- Send the completed documents in PDF format to degp@ville.quebec.qc.ca.
- Use the subject line: Nom du requérant – VISION.
- Step 3: Await confirmation
- A receipt acknowledgement is sent to the applicant.
- Ineligible or incomplete applications are not accepted.
- Step 4: Review and decision
- The City reviews the file and makes the final decision through its decision-making authorities.

- Applications are received and analyzed on an ongoing basis.
- Files are reviewed under the current investment policy and by the City’s decision-making authorities.
- Final approval depends on the renewal of the agreement with the Government of Québec and the availability of funds.
