- Economic, social and environmental benefits in the Agglomeration of Québec, and demonstration of the need for financial assistance

- Complete the required supporting documents listed in the form.
- Send all required documents in PDF format to degp@ville.quebec.qc.ca using the subject line Nom du requérant – VISION.
Processing and Agreement
- An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the applicant.
- Any incomplete application or application that does not respect the required document formats is deemed inadmissible.
- The Ville de Québec does not commit to retaining all projects or granting all requested amounts.
- Final decisions are confirmed only after approval by the City’s decision-making authorities.
Additional information
- The consultant may be chosen by the business, but the mandate must be approved by the Ville de Québec before the contract is signed.
- Submitted documents are used only for file analysis, and the City ensures the confidentiality of the financial assistance application process.
- Applicants must sign a consent allowing the Service du développement économique et des grands projets to obtain and exchange credit or personal information relevant to solvency assessment and file review.
