Overview

This grant provides financial support to grassroots organizations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), supporting initiatives that foster inclusive, resilient communities. Eligible activities include projects that promote education and economic opportunities, as well as food security, with funding up to $15,000 or 10% of the organization's annual revenue.

Eligibility

  • The organization must be an incorporated nonprofit, registered charity, or nonprofit applying with a charitable trustee
  • Focused on working with children, youth, and families
  • Based within the community being served
  • Able to identify specific team members responsible for delivering the initiative
  • Have an annual operating budget of less than $500,000
