Who is eligible?

How to apply
- Download the application form and complete it, including a budget.
- Forward the application to the Administrators, Diocesan Growth for Ministry Fund, at 1340 Cathedral Lane, Halifax, NS B3H 2Z1.
- Send the completed application and supporting documentation as an email attachment in MS Word or PDF format.
Processing and Agreement
- The administrators receive applications and determine whether proposals are accepted according to the purposes of the Fund.
- The administrators may request additional information before accepting or rejecting a proposal.
- The Diocesan Bishop may ask Team Leaders to provide written comments on applications.
- All decisions are made by majority vote and are final.
- Every approved application must submit an interim report after six months and a final report after 12 months.
Additional information
- Applications received after April 30 will only be considered if funding remains available after initial disbursements.
- The administrators may request applicants to appear at a meeting to support the application.
- The completed application and supporting documentation must be sent as an email attachment in MS Word or PDF format.
- Final approval is contingent on including a specific funding acknowledgment in all printed promotional material.
