- Aquaculture organizations
- Businesses outside the agriculture, agri-food, or agri-based products sectors
- Companies not based in Ontario

- Applications submitted by email, mail, in person, or fax
- Organizations operating in the aquaculture sector
- Businesses that do not meet the program’s eligibility requirements

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility.
- Qualified applications are evaluated by Bioenterprise and a review panel.
- Applications are assessed on a semi-monthly basis.
- Successful applicants are notified by email within 15 business days after the decision.
- Selected applicants must enter into a Mentorship and Advisory Services Agreement.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until capacity is reached.
- Selected companies receive up to 25 hours of mentorship and advisory support.
- The program is delivered fully remotely.
- Applicants retain ownership of their intellectual property.
