Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through a judging period after submission.
- If additional information or content is required, the Grizzlies work with Sections to complete the application.
- Scouts, Venturers, and Rovers must formally pitch their adventure in-person or virtually.
- Winners are announced after the judging and pitching phases.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted during the open application period from October 2 to November 12, 2023.
- Winners are announced the week of January 15, 2024, and funding is distributed by the end of January 2024.
- The program includes an information session, with a recording shared afterward with Council Key 3s and Relationship Managers.
