Eligible expenses
- Direct costs that are reasonable and necessary to run or deliver the approved project.
- Overhead and administrative costs up to 15% of the requested amount.
- Internal or external salaries and people-related costs up to 50% of the requested amount (includes web design, graphic design, writing, translation, and labour).

Additional information
- Grant funding is available for projects of up to 12 months, specifically between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
- For funding requests exceeding $50,000, Urban Forestry must be contacted in advance to discuss project scope and eligibility.
