- Data collection, training, permits, and overhead

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through a due diligence assessment for financial, technical, legal, and regulatory considerations.
- Applicants may be asked to provide additional information during due diligence.
- Applicants are notified whether their project passes due diligence.
- Successful applicants are invited to negotiate and sign a contribution agreement.
- No funding commitment exists until the agreement is signed by both parties.
Additional information
- Up to six projects may be supported.
- Projects must be completed by March 31, 2028.
- Successful applicants will be publicly announced after contribution agreements are signed.
- Applicants may consent to share their proposal with other funding organizations.
