The applicant must be a Canadian local government, an Indigenous community, or another eligible sector organization.
The application must propose youth jobs focused on green career-related activities.

Environmental science centres, conservation organizations, and park authorities
Museums, education institutions, community NGOs, youth agencies, and community centres
