  • Professional fees such as Architect’s, Engineer’s and Solicitor’s fees, except for the Planning and Design Study/Drawings Grants where design fees (Architect or Engineer) are eligible

How to apply

  • Pre-consult with Town Economic Development Staff before submission.
  • Review the adopted Community Improvement Plan for incentive program and eligibility details.
  • Submit original or digital copies of the completed forms to the Town of Gravenhurst, either through the online application or by printing and filling out the application form.

Processing and Agreement

  • The project description is used to assist the committee in evaluating the project.
  • Any modifications to approved proposals or plans may require approval of the Committee.
  • By signing the application, the applicant acknowledges that it is a public record and some information may be released.

Additional information

  • Applications are reviewed by the Community Grants Committee and then recommended to Town Council for final approval.
  • Applicants are encouraged to pre-consult with Town staff before applying.
  • Approved applicants enter into an agreement with the Town.
  • Funding is subject to available annual budget.
