This program provides up to $10,000+ to strengthen community collaboration through inter-group development. It supports activities involving two or more community groups, mixing domains such as health, social causes, education, and Italian language and culture.

Eligibility

  • The proposed initiative must involve two or more community groups.
  • The initiative must mix a cross section of domains (e.g., Health, Social Causes, Education, Italian Language and Culture).
  • The initiative must strengthen the fabric of the community.
  • The initiative must increase organizations’ ability to respond to community issues as they arise.

Selection criteria

Processing and Agreement

  • Requests are reviewed on scheduled processing cycles based on the amount requested.
  • Requests below $1,000 are processed bimonthly starting in January.
  • Requests between $1,001 and $9,999 are processed bimonthly starting in February.
  • Requests above $10,000 are processed on May 30 and September 30, with disbursements in July and November.

  • Funding requests are accepted throughout the year.
  • Requests are processed on a bimonthly basis.
  • Different processing start months apply depending on the requested amount.
  • Requests above $10,000 are processed twice per year for later disbursement.
