How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Provide organization details and the type of donation requested.
    • Describe the project, event, timeframe, and community benefits.
  • Step 2: Submit the request
    • Return the form to the Township or send it by email to the Clerk.
    • For eligible events, submit a written request to the CAO at least 60 days before the event.
  • Step 3: Include supporting material
    • Attach any additional documents, such as past event feedback.
  • Step 4: Await review and decision
    • The CAO reviews the request and may refer it to Committee.
    • Council makes the final decision on assistance.

  • Applications are reviewed by the CAO first
  • Eligible requests are presented to Committee with a recommendation
  • The Municipal Council makes the final decision
  • Applicants may be informed if their group does not fit the policy

  • Requests are reviewed annually.
  • Funding is not a commitment for future years.
  • Unused funding must be used for the approved purpose within the fiscal year.
