How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application form
- Provide organization details and the type of donation requested.
- Describe the project, event, timeframe, and community benefits.
- Step 2: Submit the request
- Return the form to the Township or send it by email to the Clerk.
- For eligible events, submit a written request to the CAO at least 60 days before the event.
- Step 3: Include supporting material
- Attach any additional documents, such as past event feedback.
- Step 4: Await review and decision
- The CAO reviews the request and may refer it to Committee.
- Council makes the final decision on assistance.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the CAO first
- Eligible requests are presented to Committee with a recommendation
- The Municipal Council makes the final decision
- Applicants may be informed if their group does not fit the policy
