Selection criteria
- Proposals offering online resources and tools that further aid rheumatologists will be given higher priority.
- The activity should achieve at least a Moore’s Level 4 impact.
- Activities that achieve Moore’s Levels 5 and 6 outcomes are highly favored and recommended when possible.
How to apply
- Submit a simple Letter of Request through the secure portal.
Processing and Agreement
- Upon approval, a Status Report template will be emailed and must be submitted every 30 days, or upon request.
- Launch notification and links to any online/enduring activities and/or resource tools are required to be emailed on day of launch.
- A Change of Scope Form must be completed and submitted anytime a change is contemplated or made to the activity that was not proposed in the original grant proposal.
- Immediate Post-Live Outcomes Reports are due no later than 5 business days after completion of a live activity, with the slide deck attached; Final Outcomes Reports for Live Activities are due no later than 30 days after completion.
- Interim Outcomes Reports for Enduring Activities are due every 90 days after launch, and Final Outcomes Reports for Enduring Activities are due no later than 30 days after completion; all reports should be emailed to the appropriate IME contact and IMEOutcomes@BMS.com.
