• Step 1: Prepare request
  • Select the applicable support type (charitable donation, corporate sponsorship, independent medical education, or independent patient education).
  • Plan to submit the request at least 4 weeks before the event date (if applicable).
• Step 2: Complete Letter of Request
  • Fill out the unified Letter of Request used for all funding requests.
• Step 3: Submit request
  • Submit the completed Letter of Request through the funder’s application pathway for corporate giving.

• A single, unified Letter of Request is used to apply for all support types listed.
• Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit requests at least 4 weeks before the event date.
