Eligibility

Be a Canada-based non-profit, charity, social enterprise, foundation, or association.
Have a mandate to address a social inequity or an environmental concern.
Offer innovative solutions aligned with focus areas: transitions out of poverty, helping good ideas grow, or fair financial inclusion.
Be accountable to stakeholders and report publicly at least annually on activities, partnerships, and impacts in Canadian communities.
Hold a CRA registered charitable number.

Large donations are specified as $25,000 and up.
Organizations are expected to report publicly on activities, partnerships, and impacts in Canadian communities at least annually.
