- The approval body gives priority consideration to applications from local or Region-wide organizations or individuals that are deemed to provide an essential service.
How to apply
- First-time Annual Operating Grant applicants, first-time Annual Capital Grant applicants, and organizations with significant changes in purpose/mission, constitution/by-laws, or services must complete and submit the Annual Grant Eligibility Form during the application period.
- Annual Operating Grant and Annual Capital Grant applicants must complete and submit the Annual Grant Application during the application period.
- Arts & Culture, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Travel Assistance, and Special Event applicants must complete the relevant application form.
Processing and Agreement
- The Township may request further information or clarification as needed.
- A Grants Reporting Form will be provided to all returning applicants following submission of the Grant Application.
- The Grants Reporting Form must be filled out and submitted prior to the receipt of any successful grant awards.
- If any required attachments are missing, the application will be designated as incomplete and Council will be made aware.
- If a requested document cannot be attached, a separate sheet must be attached to explain why it is not possible to fulfill the requirement.
