Eligibility
- The applicant must be the owner of a commercial building located on designated sections of Saint-Eustache, Dorion, or Saint-Louis streets within Old Saint-Eustache.
- The project must involve eligible renovation work as specified by the program, such as professional fees for plans, building renovations (excluding flat roofs), façade improvements, terrace development, permanent signage, lighting, code compliance upgrades, or accessibility adaptations.
- The applicant must complete and submit the official application form via IDÉ Saint-Eustache to the Urban Planning and Economic Development Service.
- The application will be evaluated against a set of criteria by a designated committee and must achieve the minimum required score in accordance with Municipal Regulation 1893.
