  • Projects that replace normal funding from an employer, government program, insurer, or similar source.
  • Personal remuneration or personal income for the sponsoring member.
  • Personal acquisition of equipment or materials by the sponsoring member.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the projects committee.
