Eligibility

The project must be an ICT-related applied research and development partnership.
The project must be collaborative, involving at least one institutional partner and at least one industrial partner.
For TRL 1-3 projects, the partnership must include a minimum of two industrial partners, including at least one involved in R&D in Québec.
For TRL 4-6 projects, the partnership must include a minimum of one industrial partner.
