- Step 1: Download the application form
- Access the grant application form from the Foundation’s application page.
- Step 2: Complete the application
- Prepare the application and required supporting information.
- Attach the application to your submission.
- Step 3: Submit by email or mail
- Email the application to grants@susfoundation.ca.
- If you do not have email, mail it to SUS Foundation of Canada, 620 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2H4.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the deadline.
- Grants are awarded on June 30, 2026.
- If the project uses a non-registered intermediary, the Foundation must remain actively and fully in control.
Additional information
- The Foundation is a registered charity and must follow CRA guidelines and its own by-laws.
- Capital works and capital projects are not eligible.
- New project requests must be submitted before the project starts.
- A written agreement with a non-registered intermediary is strongly recommended.
