How to apply

  • Step 1: Download the application form
    • Access the grant application form from the Foundation’s application page.
  • Step 2: Complete the application
    • Prepare the application and required supporting information.
    • Attach the application to your submission.
  • Step 3: Submit by email or mail
    • Email the application to grants@susfoundation.ca.
    • If you do not have email, mail it to SUS Foundation of Canada, 620 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2H4.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after the deadline.
  • Grants are awarded on June 30, 2026.
  • If the project uses a non-registered intermediary, the Foundation must remain actively and fully in control.

Additional information

  • The Foundation is a registered charity and must follow CRA guidelines and its own by-laws.
  • Capital works and capital projects are not eligible.
  • New project requests must be submitted before the project starts.
  • A written agreement with a non-registered intermediary is strongly recommended.
