Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Complete a full application if your project meets the initial eligibility requirements.
  • Undergo assessment and due diligence.

Processing and Agreement

  • Eligible companies receive a full application package after the expression of interest stage.
  • Applications are assessed against the criteria during a set period of time.
  • Selected projects may proceed to due diligence review, which can include financial, technical, market, and organizational assessments.
  • Successful applicants are considered for a formal funding offer outlining funding amount, terms and conditions, reporting requirements, and project commitments.
  • Contribution agreement negotiations follow funding decisions for successful projects.

  • Applications are accepted through two intake periods, with the first intake window closing on August 4, 2026.
  • Projects aligned with the areas of focus but with incomplete applications may be deferred to the second intake window.
