  • Municipalities with a population under 100,000
  • Local services boards
  • Indigenous communities and organizations
  • Non-municipal fire departments or fire protection service entities in unincorporated Ontario

Who is not eligible

  • Organizations that previously received funding through the 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 rounds, or the ERaCB program
  • Organizations without an emergency preparedness mandate or responsibility
  • Fixed-membership organizations serving a specific group only, such as long-term care homes
  • Individuals, Crown corporations, and federal, provincial, or municipal agencies
  • Universities, colleges, school boards, schools, and hospitals
  • Municipalities with a population over 100,000
  • Direct applications from municipal fire departments or other municipal services
