Who is eligible?
- SMEs, large companies, research organisations and universities in Austria, Finland and Sweden can participate in this call.
- SMEs and large companies can participate in Taiwan.
- Taiwanese companies can apply for funding in Taiwan.
- For-profit Dutch companies can submit the application in the Netherlands.
Who is not eligible
- DoIT does not fund universities and research organisations.

Selection criteria
- Technical and financial review by external experts focusing on technological innovation, industrial impact, feasibility, and budget justification.
How to apply
- Contact your ministry or funding agency through Eureka’s website to discuss your project idea, finances, eligibility and procedures.
- Create an account on the application portal, one per consortium, and select the funding opportunity you want to apply to.
- Complete one application form per consortium in English and request that other partners fill out a partner form.
- Submit a GANTT chart, a signed co-signature form, and any other required attachments.
- Taiwanese applicants must submit their additional application documents to DoIT before the deadline specified in the 2026 call, by 17:00 CST.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are checked for completeness and eligibility before the standard evaluation procedure.
- Taiwan conducts a national-level evaluation under the A+ Industrial Innovation R&D Program, including a technical and financial review by external experts.
- Applicants may be required to participate in review meetings or provide supplementary information to clarify specific aspects of the proposal.
- The final funding decision is made based on the evaluation results and budget availability, and the final step is to complete and sign a consortium agreement.

The consortium must include at least two mutually independent companies, one from Taiwan and one from another Eureka participating country, and no single organisation or country can be responsible for more than 70% of the project budget.
The project must research or develop an innovative product, process or service aimed at commercialisation.
The project must have a civilian purpose and last between 12 and 36 months.
