How to apply

- Step 2: Complete the official form
- Fill out the official application form available on the CCR refinery website.
- Sign the completed form.
- Step 3: Submit by email
- Send the completed and signed form to the email address indicated in the guidelines.
- Submit your request before the end of the current call for projects.
- Step 4: Wait for the committee review
- Your application will be reviewed at the next committee meeting.
- You will receive a confirmation letter after the review.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by an evaluation committee.
- The committee assesses applications against the company’s criteria and decides on funding.
- The committee meets twice a year, in March and October.
- Applicants receive a letter confirming the status of their request within 30 days after the committee meeting.
- No appeal is available after the decision.

- Annual or recurring events may be eligible once per year.
- The decision of the evaluation committee is final and without appeal.
- Selected organizations must submit a detailed project report at year-end.
