- Indigenous groups or organizations, on-reserve or off-reserve
- First Nations Bands
- Indigenous non-profit organizations
- Indigenous Friendship Centres affiliated with the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres

- Meeting room rental
- Refreshments, honoraria, and childcare
- Cultural protocol costs and facilitator fees
- Transportation and travel expenses

- Projects should reflect MACIW’s Guiding Principles.
