• Advocacy groups
• Registered charities
• Educational institutions
• Individuals including non-permanent residents

Eligible expenses

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Activities not directly related to community engagement or diversity initiatives.
• Costs for activities outside the project scope or unrelated to social inclusion.
• Expenses incurred prior to project approval or outside the project timeline.
• Activities that promote discrimination or do not align with program objectives.

Eligible geographic areas

• Alignment with program objectives on diversity and inclusion.
• Community impact and outreach effectiveness.
• Innovation and cultural sensitivity of proposed activities.
• Feasibility and sustainability of the project plan.
• Capacity of the applicant to deliver results.

• Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility upon submission.
• Applicants may be contacted for additional information or clarification.
• Decisions are communicated to applicants through official correspondence.
• Funding agreements are signed prior to disbursement of funds.
• Recipients must submit progress and final reports as specified in the agreement.
