Eligibility
- The request must relate to a health and medical cause, a community-based service organization, or a charitable/non-profit special event.
- The request must be submitted at least 90 days before the event (if applicable).

How to apply
- Step 1: Complete request form
- Fill out the sponsorship–donation form.
- Prepare any additional information you wish to include with your request.
- Step 2: Submit application
- Send the completed form and any additional information by email to the program contact address.
Processing and Agreement
- Requests are reviewed by a committee on a monthly basis.
- Applicants are notified of the decision within 30 days of submission.
