Provides up to $30,000 to help charitable organizations launch new, innovative community projects. Supports proof-of-concept, trial, or initial launch activities addressing urgent needs.

How to apply
Step 1: Prepare online application
- Develop a proposal for a new project addressing an urgent community need
- Include how the project will be financially sustainable beyond the first year (if long-term goals apply)
- Submit the application via the online grant portal
- Apply between August 30 and October 2
- Deliver a presentation to the Grantmaking Committee if invited
Processing and Agreement
- Applications may be shortlisted for further consideration
- Shortlisted applicants are invited to present to the Grantmaking Committee
- The successful applicant is announced in November
