How to apply

  • Step 1: Online registration
    • Register online to begin the process.
    • Optional: request an information interview before registering.
  • Step 2: Initial contact and needs discussion
    • A NGen training agent contacts the organization.
    • Discuss the company’s training needs.
  • Step 3: Required management course
    • At least one management team member completes the Workforce 4.0 course online.
    • Complete the online self-assessment.
  • Step 4: Select training and complete assessments
    • Choose the employees and training programs that fit the company’s needs.
    • Employees complete two short self-assessments.
