How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Confirm applicant status and eligible project location.
    • Prepare the project description, budget, partnerships, and required financial details.
    • Upload the latest financial statements and any supporting documents.
  • Step 2: Complete the online form
    • Fill in the project information, budget, banking information, and certification.
    • Indicate whether the project should also be considered for the Grand Manan Community Fund.
  • Step 3: Submit through the Online Portal
    • Send the completed application through the Foundation’s Online Portal.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Grants Committee, both individually and as a group.
  • Successful applicants are notified by email.
  • Approved funds are issued by EFT, usually within a week of approval.
  • If a charitable partner is used, the EFT is sent to the partner organization for forwarding.

Additional information

  • Applications are submitted through the Foundation’s Online Portal.
  • A written partnership agreement is required when applying through a charitable partner.
  • Up to six additional documents may be attached.
  • Electronic funds transfer details are required in the application.
