• The applicant must be a registered charity.
• The organization must demonstrate a need for financial aid to implement, maintain, or consolidate community services.
• The proposed services must support the autonomy of vulnerable individuals.
• The organization must implement intervention strategies that support long-term solutions.
• The organization must commit to reporting results through a progress report and a final report.

Who is eligible?

• Registered charitable community organizations providing services to vulnerable individuals.

Eligible geographic areas

• Centraide Haute-Côte-Nord/Manicouagan territory (from Baie-Trinité to Tadoussac via Sacré-Coeur), Quebec.

• Step 1: Prepare application package
  • Gather the documents required for submission.
  • Ensure the request demonstrates the need for financial aid to implement, maintain, or consolidate community services.
• Step 2: Submit by email
  • Send all application documents by email to the program administrator.

• A progress report and a final report are required to communicate results achieved.
• Intervention strategies should aim to support long-term solutions.
• Organizations are expected to work in concert with community stakeholders in a social development perspective.
• Sound management practices and effective governance are expected.
