Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Completed projects or expenses incurred before the funding agreement is signed
  • Debt financing, loan repayment, loan guarantees, and equity investments
  • Residential or commercial real estate held mainly for rental or resale income
  • Relocating a business or part of its production outside its local municipality, unless approved
  • Retail or restaurant projects that do not provide a local service
